Unlike many subscription sites, we make your experience with an online subscription a pleasant and easy one. Join up for any length of time, cancel any time you like (using our automatic membership cancellation forms -- see links above -- or our live customer service). We don't refund any subscriptions once a member has logged onto a site (obviously, anyone can pay to get access, copy the information, and then cancel), but we will help you with refunds if you joined up in error or signed up for the wrong site or cannot find what your looking for on any of our sites.
